The “Inclusive Menus” project began with encouraging and raising awareness in restaurants in Praça Rodrigues Lobo, in Leiria, to participate in the creation of differentiating menus that are easy to understand by different audiences. With the development of menus, several restaurants approached CRID to make these adaptations.
It appeared in the 2014/2015 academic year, within the scope of Laboratório de Comunicação Curricular Unit, of Mestrado em Comunicação Acessível at Escola Superior de Educação e Comunicação Social, at Politécnico de Leiria.
